Waitresses was very nice... Food was absolute disappointment and ripe off. The beef nachos are just chips with ground beef a with some cheese. Look like a five year old made them at home. The chimichanga come to cheese. When I go to a Mexican restaurant, I don't want a ****ing egg roll with chicken inside!!!

We love Mexican food. Without a doubt the WORST food we have ever wasted our money on. TERRIBLE!! Service was very slow and rude. Would never go there again!

They are expensive for their prices and smaller proportions and their food isn't that great. My quesadillas were soggy and Maria's kitchen is way better.

Nice little place, good food. Quick, too. The woman who waitresses does it all, except for cooking. She is spot on, always. Great service, great food, and very fair prices. She handles even the biggest rushes.

Really good chips and salsa. The food came out looking fantastic and tasting amazing. The tamales, however, have very little meat inside them. Everything else was great.

Awful I will never go back ever again waitress was rude as all can be and she stuck her hand in my sisters nachos to pull out a piece of steak when I asked her why the price was so high she stuck her hands in literally in her food in front of us plus we waited forty mins bc she never came back to the table to check on us refill drinks or even give us the bill being a manger in the food service I’ve never been so upset with a restaurant till today

Waitress was rude. Didn't refill drinks. I couldn't even eat the food. Tasted like it was cooked in dirty water.

I went here on a Sunday afternoon and I will never go back! The taco was ok but I wanted to try the spicy chicken soup. When I got it and tried it, I didn't like it. I told the waiter and he didn't seem to care. I never ate it and was still charged for it! Not happy! The service and food are not worth coming back for at all!

Great food and affordable prices

Very good authentic Mexican restaurant. I came here in the early spring and wanted a nice spicy soup to warm me up but they didn’t have one on the menu. They said they had a shrimp soup that they could make spicy for me with some Chile de arbol and it turned out absolutely delicious. My friends all really liked their food as well. Very good flavors and well prepared food.

Decent food and good margaritas but service is terrible. They're on top of it when they take your order, but after that we was pretty much ignored. I could go on but let me just say Cozumel in Bourbannis is better all around.

Nice atmospere and server, great Marguarita but not wild about what I ordered. Also the salsa wasn't quite as flavorful and spicy as I am accustomed to. But still a nice neighborhood Mexican restaurant that is unique to the area and seems to be well liked.

Ate here on a Sunday afternoon. Food was excellent! Tasted great and right-sized portions. Service was a little slow but good - they seemed under-staffed.

Yes, there was one person to do everything in the front and 2-3 in the kitchen. Our food was not hot- or really even warm. It took forever to get our orders- we were there about 30 minutes waiting to get our drink orders. I had the tostadas, which were just ok. The food seems premade. My friend asked for cheese on the side and was told that was impossible. When she got her food, the cheese- which was just melted cheese, nothing amazing- was melted over the top. If the food was cooked fresh, why was it not possible to get the cheese on the side? So, overall, it was just a meh. Can only recommend the chips and salsa (which you get 1 for free. Further chips and salsa $$)

Staff is very friendly and honest. My family has been coming here for a long time. Food is excellent and definitely won't be disappointed. We live in Texas and whenever we come and visit family we make sure to stop in cause it's pretty close to authentic. My uncle accidentally over paid 20 dollars and they gave him his 20 back. That's how honest they are.

Wow this place was wonderful. We're from out of town and wish we could take tjet home with us. Yummy will come back again next time in town.

Very good authentic Mexican food.

The food was good but the service I felt like I was being rushed. the waitress was getting mad. Cause I was asking her questions!!!! 😒😲 and she crarged me extra for salsa and didn't even tell me I was getting charged for it!👎

There were four of us that ate there. Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Atmosphere was great. Maria our server did a great job! Would recommend to everyone.

Great Mexican food and really nice people!

Love the food here. Service is fast and friendly and everything it's reasonably priced. My daughter refers to it as Coco's because the decor reminds her of the movie.

Good food and prices

The food was excellent. The restaurant, however, send to have one standalone air conditioning unit located at the front door and that's it. It was hot before we started eating or food. We were all sweating once we dug in.We got a pitcher of the gold margarita which didn't taste like it actually had any 1800 in it, and was too sweet for my tastes. Some (or more) lime juice would have been great, along with more tequila. After half a pitcher I didn't even feel a buzz coming around the corner.Finally, our server was rude. I don't know if it was a bad night because the heat was out and it seemed like there were only two servers for the whole place (which wasn't at capacity but was busy) and that was what made her so grumpy, but we were sitting in the heat and waiting long times for everything as well.

I had Tacos. They were very good although the tortillas got a little chewy. My wife got Chichen Estrella. She loved it. I think we'll be back!

Like the atmosphere, service was prompt, and friendly. We enjoyed our lunch...shrimp tacos and steak burrito.

Amazing food, atmosphere, and margaritas. Just dont get the guacamole. Its literally just a plate, with half a smushed avocado topped with white onions and tomato. Like its not even stirred up. Or seasoned at all.
